SINGAPORE: Prosecutors in Singapore filed charges of fraud and cheating on Monday against a director at commodity trading company in connection with a nickel trading scheme that raised at least S$1 billion ($746 million) from investors.
The case is the latest in a string of scandals involving trading firms in Singapore.
