AirAsia upgrading reservation system

KUALA LUMPUR: AirAsia will be upgrading its Navitaire New Skies reservation system this week as part of its continuous effort to provide guests an enhanced online experience.

In a statement on Tuesday, the budget carrier said flight and SNAP bookings would be unavailable during this period from 11pm tonight to 3am on March 24 on airasia.com, airasia superapp, AirAsia sales offices, counters and through our AVA chat service.
