Quick take: Vizione shares up on RM801mil contracts


KUALA LUMPUR: Shares in Vizione Holdings Bhd rose in early trade after winning three contracts with a cumulative value of RM801mil.

The integrated construction engineering group added 1.59%, or 0.5 sen to 32 sen, making it one of the top gainers on Bursa Malaysia.

Vizione said its wholly-owned subsidiary, Vizione Builder Sdn Bhd, has secured three construction contracts with a cumulative value of RM801mil.

It said the first contract was secured from Esplanade Parkcity Sdn Bhd for design and building works in Puchong, Selangor.

The RM405mil construction contract is for 40 months.

The second contract was secured from Greenwood Development Sdn Bhd for foundation and sub-structure works and main building works in Pekan Klebang, Melaka.

The contract is worth RM350mil with a duration of 31 months.

The third contract, valued at RM46mil, was from LCL M&E Engineering Sdn Bhd for the construction and completion of 1,107 units of single-storey terrace houses and other amenities in Batu Gajah, Perak.

The contract commences from the date of site possession with a duration of 42 months to complete.
