KUALA LUMPUR: JHM Consolidation Bhd
is buying 5.5867 hectares of vacant leasehold land in Seberang Perai Selatan, Penang for RM27mil.
The company said it had entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with Mforce Bike Holdings Sdn Bhd today to acquire the land.
The purchase price, JHM said, was arrived at on a willing-buyer willing-seller basis, after taking into consideration the management’s best estimate of the market value land located in the vicinity of the property.
