IJM Corp’s Q2 net profit rises more than 40%

PETALING JAYA: IJM Corp Bhd’s net profit for its second quarter ended Sept 30,2020 rose more than 40% to RM99.52mil compared with RM70.10mil a year ago, as earnings from plantations and infrastructure offset the decline in property development and manufacturing and quarrying divisions.

Revenue stood at RM1.43bil compared with RM1.57bil in the previous corresponding period, IJM Corp said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday.
