Spring Art proposes 2 free warrants for 5 shares held

Its managing director Jack Lim Kok Eng said the proposed warrants plan was to reward existing shareholders and to provide them with an opportunity to increase their equity participation.

KUALA LUMPUR: Ready-to-assemble furniture products designer and manufacturer Spring Art Holdings Bhd has proposed two warrants for every five shares held.

It said on Tuesday this would entail a bonus issue of 166.27 million free warrants.
