Hibiscus Petroleum completes new wells at St Joseph site off Sabah


SEA Hibiscus was able to add an incremental 2,200 barrels per day of crude oil production and about four million stock tank barrels of incremental life of field gross reserves.

KUALA LUMPUR: Hibiscus Petroleum Bhd has completed four new infill wells, boosting the output from the St Joseph redevelopment site in the North Sabah enhanced oil recovery production sharing contract (PSC).

In a statement to Bursa Malaysia on Monday, the company said its unit SEA Hibiscus Sdn Bhd had completed the St Joseph minor sands infill and major sands redevelopment infill drilling campaign in September.
