KUALA LUMPUR: Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd
has secured a RM203.7mil contract awarded by a unit of Gamuda Bhd
to build three blocks of serviced apartment in Kuala Langat, Selangor.
This contract, being Kerjaya’s fourth for 2020, boosted its year to date contract wins to RM1.2bil.
The company's outstanding order book now stands at approximately RM3.6bil.
“This is our maiden project with Gamuda," executive chairman Datuk Tee Eng Ho said in statement today.
"I am extremely delighted Kerjaya is awarded this contract by a reputable infrastructure and property developer as it reflects our abilities to secure big projects despite these challenging times," he added.
The proposed project comprises of three blocks, of which Block A and B each will encompass 18 storeys of serviced apartments, accommodating 303 units respectively.
Block C will be a 20-storey serviced apartments consisting of 366 units.
The project is part of the Maya Bay Residences at Gamuda Cove.
The serviced apartments will take 27 months to complete from the commencement date on Sept 1.
