KUALA LUMPUR: MSCM Holdings Bhd’s unit Hong Seng Gloves Sdn Bhd has entered into a turnkey commissioning glove production line agreement with Howellcare Industries Sdn Bhd for RM59.4mil cash.
According to MSCM’s filing with Bursa Malaysia, Hong Seng Gloves has commissioned Howellcare to supply and install six double former glove production dipping lines for the production of nitrile butadiene rubber gloves.
