PETALING JAYA: SP Setia Bhd has launched its Aria double-storey terrace house project, with a gross development value (GDV) of RM66.89mil in Alam Impian, Selangor.
The property developer said the project is in line with its prudent strategy of new launches that are focused on mid-range landed units in established townships to cater to the demand of owner-occupiers.
Aria is a 9.29-acre freehold project comprising 78 units of contemporary homes which are slated for completion in 2022.
At 20’ x 85’, the units have built-up sizes of 1,761 to 2,088 sq ft and are priced from RM727,800.
“Aria is designed with artistic elements and ambience in mind to create a living space where each family member can feel free to be creative and comfortable in a place they call home.
“Residents will get to enjoy the surrounding pocket parks, a 31-acre active park, and exclusive access to the clubhouse that is equipped with a swimming pool, badminton and squash courts, ballroom, and gymnasium.“Aria is secured with perimeter fencing as an added security feature, ” SP Setia said in a statement.
The township is connected via Lebuhraya Kemuning-Shah Alam, Kesas Expressway, Federal Highway and Elite Expressway.
Located in the prime area of Alam Impian, Aria residents will have easy access to malls, hypermarkets, hospitals, and government schools. Prior to the movement control order, SP Setia had launched projects worth RM478mil in GDV and received good response from prospective buyers in the Klang Valley.
The take-up rate of its projects in Alam Impian, Bandar Kinrara, Setia Alam and Setia Safiro had been mostly encouraging.
The previously launched double-storey terraced houses in Alam Impian and Setia Safiro were priced from RM714,000 and RM800,000, respectively.Projects in Bandar Kinrara and Setia Alam were priced from RM1mil.
SP Setia has 48 ongoing property development projects. Despite the challenging and uncertain outlook for financial year 2020, SP Setia remains resilient, backed by unbilled sales amounting to RM9.8bil.
As of March 31, SP Setia has an effective remaining landbank of 8,718 acres with a GDV of RM138.87bil.
