has launched its Aria double-storey terrace house project, with a gross development value (GDV) of RM66.89mil in Alam Impian, Selangor.
The property developer said the project is in line with its prudent strategy of new launches that are focused on mid-range landed units in established townships to cater to the demand of owner-occupiers.
