New CEO for Etika’s vending company

Having nearly two decades of marketing and commercial experience, Santharuban (pic) will be responsible for the expansion of Advend Systems.

PETALING JAYA: Halal beverage maker Etika Holdings has appointed marketing expert Santharuban Thurai Sundaram as the chief executive officer of its newly-acquired Advend group of companies.

The Singapore-based Advend Systems Pte Ltd, which operates about 10,000 vending machines across Malaysia and Singapore, was acquired by Etika in Dec 2019.
