In a joint statement, Sunway and Hoi Hup said the Sophia Hills was the largest development in Singapore’s District 9 comprising 493 units of low-rise condominium sitting atop the undulating ground of Mount Sophia.

’s property arm Sunway Development Pte Ltd has bagged the World Gold Winner in the Residential (Mid Rise) category at the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards 2020 for its Sophia Hills project in Singapore.
The project was jointly developed with Singapore-based property developer Hoi Hup Realty Pte Ltd.
