KUALA LUMPUR: Nationwide Express Holdings Bhd, a PN17 affected company, has proposed to dispose its office and warehouse in Shah Alam, Selangor for RM19.4mil to a real-estate firm.
The proposed sale to Rubicon Lexinton Sdn Bhd is expected to result in a net loss of RM3.8mil, Nationwide Express said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia today.
