CIMB appoints ex-PNB chief Abdul Rahman as group CEO


CIMB Group Holdings Bhd's board of directors has appointed Datuk Abdul Rahman Ahmad as the group chief executive officer/executive director for CIMB and CEO/executive director of CIMB Bank Bhd.

KUALA LUMPUR: CIMB Group Holdings Bhd's board of directors has appointed Datuk Abdul Rahman Ahmad as the group chief executive officer/executive director for CIMB and CEO/executive director of CIMB Bank Bhd.

His appointment will take effect on June 10,2020. He succeeds Senator Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Tengku Abdul Aziz, who relinquished his post to join the Malaysian government as the Minister of Finance.
