TH Heavy, others sued for RM74.8m by Globalmariner Offshore


TH Heavy and Floatech are of the view that the claims are unfounded and that there are reasonable grounds to challenge the claims.

KUALA LUMPUR: Globalmariner Offshore Services Sdn. Bhd has filed a suit seeking RM74.80mil from TH Heavy Engineering Bhd, its 80% owned Floatech (L) Ltd and nine others.

TH Heavy said on Thursday the defendants had received a writ of summons and statement of claim which was issued by Messrs. Lim Kian Leong & Co for and on behalf of the plaintiff.
