Eversendai founder to inject private company into the group

Eversendai Corporation Bhd founder Tan Sri AK Nathan has proposed to inject his own company Vahana Holdings Sdn Bhd's lifeboat business into the former, which is involved in oil and gas and construction.

KUALA LUMPUR: Eversendai Corporation Bhd founder Tan Sri AK Nathan has proposed to inject his own company Vahana Holdings Sdn Bhd's lifeboat business into the former, which is involved in oil and gas and construction.

Eversendai said on Monday Vahana had proposed to inect 100% of Vahana Offshore Sdn Bhd, which currently owns the liftboat business of Vahana Group.
