BUKIT Aman has advised property owners and developers to scrutinise the people they rent out or sell their properties to. “Don’t simply sell or rent for the sake of profits, as irresponsible parties may use (these premises) for criminal purposes,” Narcotic Crimes Investigation Department (NCID) director Comm Datuk Mohd Khalil Kader Mohd says.

“A property owner will also be investigated if a drug syndicate has rented their unit. I hope the owners will be more alert and choose their tenants wisely,” he says.
