AmInvestment maintains 'Buy' on MISC, FV at RM8.70

KUALA LUMPUR: Ambank Investment research remains optimistic over MISC Bhd's improving prospects given that oil tanker rates have surged above US$100,000 a day on the benchmark Middle East-China route.

"According to the Baltic Exchange, the VLCC daily rates for shipping from the Middle East to China have risen to a 2.5-year high of US$113,047," it said.
