Inari, PCL to manufacture optical transceiver in Penang


KUALA LUMPUR: Inari Amertron Bhd has team up with a Taiwanese partner PCL Technologies Inc in a RM20.85mil venture to manufacture optical transceiver in Malaysia.

Under a shareholders subscription agreement signed on Sept 11, the two companies will incorporate a joint venture with an initial capitalisation of US$5mil (RM20.85mil).
