UWC to offer 70 million new shares


According to a Bursa Malaysia filing yesterday, UWC said the revenue for the quarter under review was mainly contributed by its semiconductor industry customers in both sheet metal fabrication and assembly as well as machining segments.

KUALA LUMPUR: Integrated engineering supporting services provider, UWC Bhd, en route to listing on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia, is offering 70 million new shares at an offer price of 82 sen each.

The vendors are offering 33.015 million existing shares to selected investors, the company said at the launch of its prospectus.
