Lenovo Malaysia appoints new GM


KUALA LUMPUR: Lenovo Malaysia has appointed Varinderjit Singh as its general manager.

According to Lenovo, Singh has more than 28 years of global experience in the technology sector, and will oversee the overall growth of the Malaysian business.

"He will also be leading the organisation as Lenovo continues to place customers at the heart of their innovation and services," it said.

Singh was formerly managing director of Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Malaysia. 

Meanwhile, former Lenovo Malaysia general manager Khoo Hung Chuan will take on a regional role for Central Asia Pacific where he will focus on Education Transform and Development.

"With Mr Khoo’s deep understanding and experience in this sector, he will be able to navigate the complex requirements of this industry across the different markets," said Lenovo.
