KUALA LUMPUR: Although innovations in businesses have transformed the 21st century, a low percentage of Malaysian employees are innovating in the digital era.
According to a survey done by the Iclif Leadership Governance Centre (Iclif), 93% of employees from companies in the country believe innovation is “important”, of which only 17% of companies agree their employees are innovators.
