KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysian palm oil futures closed lower on Friday, as rising production dented sentiment and ended three sessions of gains.
The benchmark palm oil contract for December delivery on the Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Exchange closed down 0.4 percent at 2,221 ringgit ($535.96) a tonne.
