TM appoints four new directors, chief human capital officer

KUALA LUMPUR: Telekom Malaysia Bhd (TM) has announced the appointment of four new directors effective today to further strengthen the board composition in taking the TM Group to the next level and as part of its board refresh.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, TM said the new directors are Datuk Asri Hamidin @ Hamidon, Datuk Mohd Naim Daruwish, Hisham Zainal Mokhtar and Saheran Suhendran.
