Cypark bags RM260m job to build solar PV plant in Negeri


The company said in its Bursa Malaysia announcement that the proceeds from this Islamic debt issuance would be to part-finance the costs and expenses associated with the design, engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning, ownership, operation and maintenance of 3x30MWAC solar photovoltaic power plant projects.

KUALA LUMPUR: Cypark Resources Bhd will build and commission a large scale solar photovoltaic plant of 30MWa.cat the Kelinchi dam in Negeri Sembilan.

Cypark said on Friday it had secured a RM260.51mil contract from Cove Suria Sdn Bhd to undertake the engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) and operation and maintenance (O&M) of the plant.

The EPCC is for 24 months while the O&M is 21 years from the commercial operation date.
