Green Packet, ATV plan to operate 3 digital free-to-air channels


HONG KONG: Green Packet Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary Kiple Media Sdn Bhd has signed a collaborative agreement with Asia Television Digital Media Sdn Bhd (ATV).

The deal with the wholly owned subsidiary of Co-Prosperity Holdings Ltd is to cooperate and form a joint venture to operate three digital free-to-air television channels in Malaysia. The partnership will see ATV investing HK$50mil (about RM26mil) into Kiple Media to operate the channels.
