KPJ to bear additional costs from IBM Watson solution

KUALA LUMPUR: IBM’s Watson for Oncology for cancer care is now available in Malaysia through KPJ Healthcare Bhd and the hospital group will deploy this cognitive computing solution for its cancer patients at no additional cost to the latter.

The biggest private healthcare provider by bedcount in Malaysia said the additional costs to deploy the Watson for Oncology will be borne by the company.
