Sime Darby Property launches Elmina Green

KUALA LUMPUR: Sime Darby Property Bhd, which will be launching the first phase of its Elmina Green on Oct 14, 2017, is confident of repeating the success of other hot selling developments by the company.

“We are proud to launch the first phase of Elmina Green, another outstanding residential development at the City of Elmina.

“We are confident of Elmina Green phase 1 repeating the success of other hot-selling developments offered by the township as it presents the same high quality workmanship, design and value,” Sime Darby Property general manager Appollo Leong said in a statement.

“As developers in a modern and discerning property market, Sime Darby Property strives to be the leading developer of communities, neighbourhoods and homes with great value, meaning and emotional attachment. We extended this spirit once again in the development of Elmina Green phase 1,” Leong said.

The estimated gross development value (GDV) for Elmina Green phase 1 is RM380mil. The development is located within the new Elmina Green precinct at the City of Elmina, a 5,000 acre freehold mixed development with an estimated total GDV of RM24.6bil.

The development comprises 187 units of 20’ x 70’ double storey terrace homes with a built up area from 2,001 sq ft and above. All homes feature an open-plan floor layout that combines the living, dining and kitchen areas to optimise the usage of space and for ease of movement, making it an ideal home for multigenerational living.

Prices start from RM683,888 before Bumiputera discount and early signing rebate, with completion slated for October 2019.
