DBhd wins car park management contract in S’pore


PETALING JAYA: Damansara Realty Bhd’s (DBhd) unit has won a five-year car park management contract worth a total of S$18.14mil (RM56.6mil) in Singapore.

The property developer and facilities management company said in a statement yesterday that its indirect subsidiary, Metro Parking (Singapore) Pte Ltd (MPS), had received a letter of acceptance from the Singapore Sports Council (SSC) to operate and manage car parks at SSC’s sports centres. MPS is a 70%-owned subsidiary of Metro Parking (M) Sdn Bhd, which, in turn, is a wholly owned subsidiary of DBhd.
