Yinson raises stake in Regulus Offshore to 70%

PETALING JAYA: Oil and gas services provider Yinson Holdings Bhd has increased its investment in Regulus Offshore Sdn Bhd, by acquiring an additional 21,000 ordinary shares or 21% equity stake.

According to a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Yinson increased its stake in Regulus Offshore from 49% to 70% for a total cash consideration of RM469,460.92.
