Ho Hup picks InterContinental to manage KK hotel


Moody's outlook on the Korean banking system has been negative since May 2016.

KUALA LUMPUR: Ho Hup Construction Company Bhd’s subsidiary has appointed InterContinental Hotels Group (Asia Pacific) Pte Ltd (IHG) to manage its Crowne Plaza Kota Kinabalu Waterfront.

It said on Thursday its indirect 70%-owned subsidiary, Golden Wave Sdn Bhd had appointed the company to provide technical services and operate the hotel.

The hotel will have about 367 guest rooms and it will be built by Golden Wave.
