EPF buys 40% stake in DUKE Highway operator for RM1.13b

KUALA LUMPUR: The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) Board is buying a 40% stake in Konsortium Lebuhraya Utara-Timur (KL) Sdn Bhd (Kesturi) – which is the concession holder of the Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway (DUKE) – for RM1.13bil cash.
