Vivocom signs agreement with Dazamega


PETALING JAYA: Telecommunications infrastructure company Vivocom Intl Holdings Bhd has signed a heads of agreement (HOA) with Dazamega Ventures Sdn Bhd to be appointed as the turnkey contractor for the development of a piece of land in Hulu Kinta.

The company said in a stock exchange filing that subject to the execution of the final agreements, Dazamega will appoint it as the turnkey contractor for the project.
