KOTA TINGGI: The completion of the raw water project (Pamer) marks a milestone in the development of Petronas multi-billion ringgit Pengerang Integrated Complex (PIC) here.

Mentri Besar Datuk Mohamed Khaled Nordin said the Pamer project also proved that the PIC was on track and expected to be fully operational in the first-quarter of 2019.
