PETALING JAYA: The Securities Commission is inviting public feeback as it seeks to strengthen corporate governance among listed companies.
The regulator had released the draft of the Malaysian code on corporate governance 2016 (MCCG 2016) for public consultation. the closing date for feedbacks is June 8.
