Teo Seng to expand in Singapore via acquisition

KUALA LUMPUR: Teo Seng Capital Bhd’s unit Premium Egg Products Pte Ltd (PEPP) is acquiring loss-making meat processor and wholesaler BH Fresh Food Pte Ltd (BHFF) for S$9.8mil (RM26.4mil) in cash.
