KUALA LUMPUR: AmResearch has initiated coverage on Quill Capita Trust (QCT) with a Buy rating and a fair value of RM1.35 a unit.
It said on Thursday the fair value was based on a 10% discount to its discounted cashflow value of RM1.50 a unit.
