Tenaga, Public Bank power KLCI higher

KUALA LUMPUR: Tenaga Nasional  and Public Bank underpinned the FBM KLCI’s early gains on Friday  with the index up nearly six points.

At 9.20am, the KLCI was up 5.64 points or 0.31% to 1,808.85. Turnover was 192.84 million shares valued at RM116.84mil. There were 214 gainers, 105  losers and 162 counters unchanged.
