PETALING JAYA: Retailer Aeon Co
(M) Bhd has signed an agreement with construction firm Ireka Corp Bhd to purchase a 8.45ha freehold land in Senawang, Negri Sembilan, for RM53.66mil.
Aeon said in a statement that it intended to build and operate a shopping centre with carparks.
