KUALA LUMPUR: Only World Group Bhd, which is seeking a listing on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities, plans to raise RM49.63mil.
According to its prospectus issued on Wednesday, the IPO would involve the public issue of 56.409 million new shares of 50 sen each at an offer price of 88 sen a share.
