Bank Negara seeks feedback on Financial Ombudsman for consumers


KUALA LUMPUR: Bank Negara Malaysia is seeking the public's feedback on its plan to set up a Financial Ombudsman scheme (FOS) to strengthen avenues for financial consumer redress.

BNM said on Friday it was issuing a concept paper on the scheme for public consultation seeking the views of the public, industry players and related stakeholders for the FOS under its Financial Sector Blueprint.
