PETALING JAYA: MCIS Zurich Insurance Bhd has rebranded itself as MCIS Insurance Bhd following Sanlam Emerging Markets Proprietary Ltd’s (SEM) emergence as a new shareholder.
SEM, part of the South Africa-based financial services group Sanlam Group, completed the purchase of a 40% interest from Koperasi MCIS Bhd on May 5.
