Poh Huat earnings surge to RM2.5mil


KUALA LUMPUR:  Poh Huat Resources Holdings Bhd's earnings jumped to RM2.56mil in the second quarter ended April 30, 2014 from only RM139, 000 a year ago following a significant turnaround in its Malaysian operations.

The furniture maker said on Wednesday, its Malaysian operations recorded a significant turnaround with profit before tax of RM1.44mil against losses of RM2.21mil previously.
