Tham: No pact to buy back shares from Sime


PETALING JAYA: The 61-year-old Datuk Terry Tham Ka Hon is often described as an accidental contractor because he was forced to learn the skills of the trade when his father’s property development business was down in the 1980s.

An actuary by qualification, Tham quickly put his mathematical knowledge to full use when he had to revive housing projects that had been hit by the downturn.
