KUALA LUMPUR: Uzma Bhd
has obtained approval to release announcement pertaining to a term sheet to buy Thai company MMSVS Group Holdings Ltd for US$29.7mil (RM95mil).
According to a Bursa Malaysia filing on Tuesday, the agreement is between three individuals, which are Pornsak Visitpong and/or his nominated affiliated company, Jiraporn Visitpong and Nantanut Visitpong.
