PETALING JAYA: Mudajaya Group Bhd
, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Mudajaya Corp Bhd (MCB), has proposed to acquire a 70% stake in Indonesian construction PT Harmoni Energy Indonesia for US$5.8mil (RM18.5mil).
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Mudajaya, said its unit entered into a memorandum of agreement with PT Indomuda Satria Internusa for the proposed acquisition early this month.
