OCBC M’sia FY13 pre-tax profit up 15% to RM1.25bil

KUALA LUMPUR: OCBC Bank Bhd's pre-tax profit for financial year 2013 rose 15% to RM1.25bil from RM1.085bil in the previous financial year.

Net profit grew 17% to RM946mil, owing to strong loans growth set against improved cost control measures and lower impairment losses and provisions, the bank said in a statement today.
