Q2 revenue down, but Suiwah Corp earnings up 5%


KUALA LUMPUR: Suiwah Corp Bhd’s earnings in the second quarter ending Nov 11, 2013, was up 5% year-on-year to RM3.23mil, even though it saw revenue declining 4.6% to RM84.2mil from RM88.3mil previously.

Profit before tax for the quarter fell 40% to RM2.6mil from RM4.34mil in the same period a year earlier.
