KUALA LUMPUR: RAM Rating Services Bhd expects New Pantai Highway’s average annual traffic volume to increase between 3% and 7% annually over the next four years, if there is no toll hike.
The ratings agency said on Tuesday its projection was based on the highway’s mature traffic profile. However, it expected a 3% contraction when the toll is increased.
