Kumpulan Perangsang shareholders OK sale of 254.56m KHSB shares

KUALA LUMPUR: Minority shareholders of Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor Bhd (KPS) have approved the disposal of its 56.57% stake in Kumpulan Hartanah Selangor Bhd (KHSB).

KPS said the shareholders had approved the sale of the stake, comprising of 254.56 million shares for RM212.81mil or 83.6 sen a share, to Kumpulan Darul Ehsan Bhd (KDEB) at the EGM on Wednesday.
